Protein Waffles

These protein waffles can also be made into pancakes!

Ingredients

  • 45g oats

  • 125g cottage cheese, 2% fat

  • 125g egg whites

  • ½ cup berries

  • 1 tbsp nut butter

Directions

For waffles

  1. In a blender, blend the oats, cottage cheese and egg whites together

  2. Heat waffle maker and spray with olive oil

  3. Pout the batter and let cook! Makes 2 waffles.

  4. Serve with berries and nut butter on top.

 

For pancakes:

  1. In a blender, blend the oats, cottage cheese and egg whites together

  2. Heat a pan on medium high and spray with olive oil

  3. Pour the batter on the heated pan and cook until you see bubbles in the centre

  4. Flip and cook through.

  5. Repeat until the batter is finished.

  6. Serve with berries and nut butter on top.
